Bad service no communication and dangerous

URGENT: BOLT SEND PARCEL NOT DELIVERED

Good day,

I booked a Bolt Send service to collect and deliver my parcel. The people who sent the parcel paid for the delivery, but the driver marked it as delivered without delivering it to the correct address. He also did not call me to confirm the delivery or explain where he left my parcel.

I am unable to access the driver's contact details through the app, and Bolt does not provide a contact number where I can speak to someone directly for assistance.

My parcel is urgently needed, and I am extremely frustrated by the lack of support. The tracking shows the driver as Seyisi, driving a white Kia Picanto, registration number ***.

Please investigate this matter urgently, contact the driver, and arrange for my parcel to be located and delivered to the correct address.

I paid for a delivery service, and I expect my parcel to reach its intended destination. Please treat this as an urgent complaint and provide me with feedback as soon as po
