Zero accountability

Well this morning I had to have my laptop cable delivered from home to work and the driver came was given the goods to deliver at my office but he never showed up. NOW I'm unable to work at all. I then try to see if bald has a customer service option which they don't they don't have an office but they say they have a opposite every 500 cities which is a blatant lie because if they don't have physical offices. I now considered extremely dangerous to ride with bolt because they have zero accountability. I tried calling over and over in the morning the first call went very long was ring for a very long time but no answer as then I tried calling again and this time it was ringing for sure and then I tried calling again and this time they just dropped it immediately so they blocked all this did something strange where we can't get ahold of them, bolt has lost my confidence
