Your service desk sucks!

I am a bolt driver. I have been blocked out of my account for 2 days now the app says my temporary prdp has expired and it is only 2 months old. Now i have my permanent prdp and im still asked to request a confirmation letter from license department which takes 4 weeks. Basically i have the prdp card and they dont want to unlock my account. It sucks and it is not making any sense. Please stop wasting my time and money. No wonder ubber is way ahead even with employees service. The service sucks
