Your drivers sucks

Please advise your drivers to not accept rides if they already have trips, they have been wasting my time lately but I get charged for that when I cancel. most of them don't even know how to follow GPS instructions. no customer service whatsoever cars are untidy and you still had the audacity to block my account after charging me for canceling a trip.
