You guys owe me money, pay my money.

I booked a ride that's costs R74 and canceled. I the paid the R19 fee which I didn't mind. I then noticed no payment back to with the difference. I contacted support and the rep**** asking for my query and then stopped replying all together. What the hell is going on with your support. Quick to take money but such a hassle to get it back. I need my money back please
