Wrongful billing

The driver got stuck with me because he didn't have enough fuel. He requested another ride for me and asked me to pay the other driver in cash which I did. A few days later bolt deducted R319 from my bank account for the same trip I paid cash for and when I email them they say they can't find the trip details on their system despite me sending them screenshots of the trip and driver details.Looks like I'm going to loose my R319
