Wrong change

Some Bolt drvers are really great but then you get the one my daughter drove with yesterday. On the app say R37 then he charged her R46 . She paid him with a R100 note and he gives R 40 change.

Tell me is my maths so so wrong. When we wante to complain on the Bolt site they do not even want us to. So what do we do now?
