Worst ****ty service

I was ****med out of R15000 for a parcel that someone bought from me. He sent me a legit prove of payment his I.D and then sent a bolt driver to me and the parcel was picked up at 17:23. Bolt showed me the trip log and everything. After an hour the driver called and said the guy did not pitch at location to pickup the parcel so i instructed the driver to please go to a garage so i can send someone to pick up the parcel. he said no and insisted that i must send money on cash send or Ewallet. so at 19:30 i tried to contact bolt and could only find the online chat and after a huge struggle i managed to get to Abigail.....that was not a good experience.... she took very long to reply and after i explained the entire story she just said the ****mer that requested the ride need to send a mail.....

So bolt wants the ****mers to report them self????
