Worst trip ever

Guy really if there was a zero that would be my honest rating ,we requested a ride and was allocated HP72CC GG, we were riding from Menlyn to Sunnyside and the last stop was Arcadia it’s literally a kilometre between the two stops ,Driver tried to escort more money from us when we to tools him we only paying what’s charged on the app app he got furious and said we never told him it’s two stops, He literally turned half way on our way and returned us to the initial stop in the middle of the night we usually top our drivers but not by force this is not really acceptable what if we got ******,we do not use taxis as it’s not safe at night.
