WORST SERVICE EVER

I ordered a ride yesterday morning and the driver didn't pitch to pick me up instead he started the ride and rode to the destination when I asked him to cancel he said he doesn't have the option to cancel and I was charged for a ride I didn't take. I reported the matter to Bolt but I was told by Faith and Oluwakemi that I was inside the car what a bunch of useless individuals. Don't you ever ride with Bolt
