Worst. Service. Ever.

Do not use this service!

Was *******ly charged for a trip that never happened - driver never showed up yet was charged for a 23km trip!!?? After weeks of speaking to their astonishingly inept service department they came back with: 'Sadly, we will not be able to send your money back'

This means they can charge any amount to your account regardless of an actual trip being taken and although, apparently, this makes them sad you get to foot the bill for thin air.
