Worst service ever

I'm currently a bolt drivers and I have experience the worst service ever from the bolt support team, I recently ask them to update my vehicle registration number and I provided them wit all the relevant documents, and they keep asking me for the same information everyday .and it's now gone like 3 weeks and my number is still not updated . Someone in bolt head office should no what's happening out here cause the bolt support team is very bad worst ever.
