Worst service by bolt

I requested a ride from bolt to Marlboro Marlboro gautrain station and the ride, a white Nissan almeda driven by Thembelihle, arrived in about 4 minutes although the app said it will arrive in a minute. When he arrived he parked behind a wall where he was not visible, instead of parking on a driveway which was visible for me to see him as he stops at the gate. When I got into his car he complained that he had been waiting for five minutes (which was a pure lie anyway), and was starting to make an issue about it. I simply told him that he had concealed himself behind a wall and could have stopped on the driveway, which is visible from the yard. He then got angry and kicked me out of his car. I got out and requested another ride. The response was that it will arrive in three minutes (the driver was Patrick), however over seven minutes passed without arriving and the driver eventually cancelled the trip. I realised that Thembelihle had probably called the other driver and blacklisted me. I immediately took my car and drove to Marlboro Gautrain station. I would like to inform bolt that I will never use their services again if they don't discipline or even fire the bad mannered Thembelihle. I will make sure I inform all my friends and colleagues to never use this e hailing service ever. The service was horrible and disgusting.
