Worst Customer Service

I just finished business at the bank in Adderley street the 06/11/2023 and requested a ride home. Now mind you I stay in Zonnebloem, this is a 5min drive. Firstly, after being rejected because you select the "Recommended ride which is the cheapest the drivers refuse to accept. The one guy that did eventually accept ended up standing at a location a few blocks away for awhile. I messaged the guy to ask him why his just standing there and why he hasn't arrived at my location, he calls me and says 'Why did I message him like that and continues to say "**** You" and drops the call, then proceeds to cancel the ride. Now hear this, I didn't cancel the ride, yet I am being charged R20.00 as a cancellation fee. After I complained they refunded me back my R20.00 and didn't even bother to give me a complimentary ride. Also, where do they get these driver from? No work etiquette. I ended up walking home instead which took me about 20mins. BOLT, you suck and you customer care is just as bad!!!!!
