Worse taxi ride of my life

I booked a trip this morning from Bellville to Seapoint for R177 ended up paying R183. Driver could not follow the GPS instructions. I had to use my phone to direct him. We got on the N1 we almost got knocked by on coming traffic cause he wanted to charge lanes and didn't check for on coming traffic. He was so shocked ended up in the fast lane driving so slow the other road user hooting cause of him driver so slow. He then took the wrong turn ended up near Alexander hospital. He stop in the middle of the road holding up the traffic cancelled the ride left us stranded in the middle of nowhere. Paid the full ride never reach seapoint.
