Worse company to work for

I requested a ride and the driver needed to finish his ride and then pick me up, however I noticed that the driver stopped at the drop off for a very long time and tried to contact the driver but it looked like he had internet issues which made it impossible for me to call him or send a message. I then went through the chat platform which the agents did not respond to my concern and told me to cancel the ride which I long did because I was rushing. I was simply asking them to check up on the driver and they failed to do that. Drivers are human beings and the company should be concerned about them , their safety is also important
