What a non-existent service!!! Pathetic

Not even worth one star!!! Requested a drive... after 45 minutes the driver did not even pitch. On the app I downloaded it continuously showed 5 min... 3 min... 2 min... 1 min... 3 min... 5 min... etc., etc. You could clearly see the driver did not move from his location!!! I will rather pay more for Uber and have a punctual and safe experience!!! Isn't it funny (or not) that the company did not reply or respond to one of the complaints!!!
