Waiting time counting before driver arrives

I do use Bolt recently and funny enough, the drivers press Arrived before they even reach your place and the waiting time start counting and you charge extra.

The drivers make more money in that way.

Tips, if you see the driver has not yet arrived by you and the waiting time is counting, just cancel the trip and request a new one. ****,
