VIOLENT & DANGEROUS BOLT DRIVER

I got insulted by a driver this morning after i paid him with a solid note and some coins, the ride amount included coins and he insulted me for giving him coin and called me an excuse for a man just because i gave him coins. I do not have a problem with foreign nationals but zimbabweans living in south africa are rude and arrogant. That was a small trip of R28, i usually do card payments but this morning i decided since it's a small amount let me pay cash, and i got insulted for it. I then reported this issue via the bolt app, and i got no help whatsoever. I would not recommend this app to anyone, even if you have an emergency, if you see this number plate: JM42NKGP, CANCEL and request again, the guy is violent and dangerous.
