VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I am very annoyed and unhappy with the service. Saturday I requested and it was declined due to insufficient funds. Today Bolt deducted R64.00 from my bank for a trip I did not take. I sent a email however still no response . I WANT MY MONEY
