Very Poor Show Bolt

On Friday 13th I requested a ride to Epping Veg Market from Cape Town Fores****. As Bolt offered me a 30% discount on my rides , I thought it a good idea to avail of this opportunity. Probably the biggest mistake I have made. About 8mins later on the N2 just after the Mowbray bridge we got stuck without fuel. The driver pulled off to the side and I enquired as to a plan ...he just shook his head . I then had to walk from this point along the N2 to Pinelands to sort out another ride. When I informed Bolt Support I got an apology and thats it . No small offer of compensation ...nothing . I am very unlikely to recommend using Bolt again for your needs
