Very Poor Service from Bolt South Africa

I keep getting receipts from Bolt for trips with Bolt when I have never used their service. I have rep**** to these emails to tell them this and I receive no reply. The emails keep coming.

I don't even want to give them a one star rating but rather a negative score.
