Very ***** driver

Very disappointed with the people Bolt hire as drivers, requested a ride from Leroy Merlin fourways to Witkoppen chicken licken, Sinethemba who drives a Toyota corolla with plate number JL50YPGP3 canceled my ride midway, when I asked him why he gave me a lame excuse. When I arrive at my destination he wanted to charge me an amount from his stupid head, I refused to pay and he threatened me with a gun, I still didn't pay the amount he wanted I paid him what the app said, I think it should be mandatory to do a background check of who you onboard in your company.
