Very disappointed

I requested a bolt ride on the 31st of October, the rude driver swore at me and canceled my ride but bolt takes the money from my account and tells me it will return after 14 days. So how exactly was i supposed to get home when you took the money i was supposed to pay for a ride with??

Kindly give me my money, 14 day is ridiculous.
