VERY DISAPPOINTED

I am very disappointed with Bolt(Taxify) I mean I am a regular Customer on a daily basis I'm always using Bolt. yesterday on my way from Cape Town city centre I booked Bolt to Goodwood I was charged R114.00 which was fine with me. but when I got home I received an email from Bolt that I need to pay R144.00 instead of R114.00 I was shocked. how sudden the fare fee change. I lodge a complain on their App as usually and no one bother to get back to me and explain what is going on. I'm very disappointed indeed.
