Very bad experience it's not even funny

I'm very disappointed very very disappointed I'm so upset this is my second bad experience the driver was very rude he insulted me said I don't have a brain how can u expect him to drive me to my destination with R5 he threatened to take me back to my destination if I don't pay him the full amount am I the one who set the price and discount I refuse to be disrespected like this because at the end of the day it's my money that I'm paying with imagine being called brainless he's a rude person who was driving slow the whole way busy talking nonsense about his clients from the previous rides then he has the odecity to tell me that he will rate me 1 star and ruin my profile and I'm going to report him to all social media platforms and hello Peter how can he insult a client I'm very very angry 😠 he dares call me a crazy person do I set the prices to i make my own discount
