Verification process

I drive with bolt South Africa and my account is blocked, I don't understand how I failed the bolt verification process because I have done it before and I passed it all I ever asked was for bolt south africa to show me how I failed the verification process, it is painful because I have kids to take care of and schools are almost open and I can't work anymore I can't support my family because of the verification process which I've done before and I passed why is it now that they blocking me for that?? This was so inconsiderate for some of us that rely on Bolt South Africa to make meetends to provide for our families.
