Vehicle application

Good day,

I did an inspection for a vehicle and made payments on the 4th of February, however im still waiting for feedback in regards to the outcome of the application,I also emailed your support team and I havent recieved feedback on that platform as well.what is the turn around time for applications on raseberry app? How long does the support team respond to our emails?
