LAST NIGHT I WAS IN AN ACCIDENT WITH A BOLT DRIVER, REACHED OUT TO BOLT ASAP, AND PLACED MY SOS THROUGH MULTIPLE TIMES, NO ONE HAS A SENSE OF URGENCY AGENTS I SPOKE TO WAS EVELYN, Linda, RUAN WAS THE FIRST ONE - NO URGENCY, NO EMPATHY NO SOLUTION ORIENTATED EXPECT ME TO PAY FOR MY DOCTORS BILLS THAT I DIDNT EVEN CAUSE CHARGED ME R200 AND OFFERED TO REDUND R100 ONLY I PROVIDED ALL THE RELEVANT DETAILS AND IMAGES, ONLY FOR MULTIPLE PEOPLE TO "HANDLE MY CASE" AND ASK ME FOR THE SAME ****, 3 DAMN HOURS IN THE COLD AND RAIN, INJURED Ahmed from the BOLT team is also useless
