Useless drivers

Booked a trip on Saturday morning, driver did not pick up but driver had the nerve to start trip and my money all gone. I wrote a complain same day no one has bothered to call me back. You are ****** and your drivers are too. So much for respect. I called the driver and he kept asking me useless things. I want my money back
