Useless driver

Today 03/01/2021 Sunday morning I need to get to work by 6am. I requested Bolt 05:30am. At 05:33 a useless driver named ****** driving Volkswagen Polo JP66MLGP accepted my ride which was 2min away. 7Min later this idiot still hasn't moved from his spot. I cancelled and requested again only to see the same idiot at 05:46 accepted again but was playing games again and not moving. I even tried phoning him and he wouldn't pick up the call. By 05:52 thank God for another driver who accepted from further away and managed to get me to work. I really think Bolt needs to do something about their drivers that are unprofessional. This is a service the driver has decided to do and it would be appreciated if the useless ones can start being professional.
