Useless Customer Support Team

Nonsense service from Bolt Support Team.

I requested for a car and I insert the wrong address. I am aware of cancelation fee of R19, which was not a problem. The trip was R75, all am asking for is my refund of R66 and they telling me I cannot get it.

This is just nonsense.
