Useless Bolt Support

Bolt Support is so useless. I uploaded all my documents on the Driver Portal two months ago but till today my profile is still blocked. When I try to get assistance from support all they say is that I must be patient and they will attend to my request, been getting that response for over two months. is there anyone one at Bolt that checks if people are doing their jobs?

This is rediculous now. Two months of waiting for a Driver Profile to be activated!!!
