USE BOLT AT OWN RISJ

On the 3rd of October, I took a bolt in Pta with the driver registered as Mack driving a Figo registration LG##PZ GP. I left my phone on the car and subsequently called him on the app within 24 hours. he admitted to having the phone with him, and we arranged that I would call him to retrieve the phone in a few minutes after I was done with whatever I was busy with. When I called later, he was not answering the call until the 24-hour call from the app time lapsed. I contacted Bolt and told them my story, and they later contacted me to say they can't get off him and forwarded me his numbers. I called many times and his phone is always off and on voice mail. I asked them to contact him on his contact means and they do not have contact with him. How does a company with contracted drivers transporting the public not have contact with the drivers? If you use BOLT, know that if anything happens to you or you disappear or are hijacked, BOLT does not have the means to contact their drivers. Its at own risk
