Urgent: Driver Misconduct & Refund Request – Trip on 21 November 2025
The driver on my trip on 21 Nov 2025 (White Renault Triber, MN 65 CL GP) arrived late, deliberately cancelled the ride, ignored my R40 coupon, and demanded extra payment. He was aggressive and rude, making me feel unsafe. I request urgent investigation and a full refund.
They cannot offer me my refund cause the ride was canceled
This driver forcefully required us to cancel this ride and took R200 despite the app**** code this is unacceptable and our life's were threatened
