Shortly after the trip began, the driver informed me that he was low on petrol and requested to cancel the trip, suggesting that we switch to a cash payment. I agreed to this change and the trip was canceled. However, despite the trip cancellation, I did not receive a refund, which was the first point of concern.

Upon reaching my destination, the driver insisted on receiving payment in cash, even though we had initially canceled the trip. I explained that I was willing to make the payment as soon as Bolt processed the refund, and I requested his contact information to facilitate this process.
