Urgent Billing Dispute – Overcharge on Trip

The actual fare for my trip was R117, however, my account was debited R400, which is almost three times the correct amount. I have already logged a complaint, but I have not yet received any response. I kindly request that this matter be investigated urgently and that the overcharged amount be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
