Untrustable ******* and ****s

Very very unhappy. We live in a small town. My driver came to me and told me I need to pay cash when I already payed online for the Uber then he says is is going to cancel my trip and told me I should rebook so I can pay cash because he didn't have petrol in his tank,I had to pay for another trip (550 something for the trip to my destination and the trip he cancelled plus I have the R66)

May I ask kindly to please get my one extra trip that he cancelled cash back,because for one trip I payed over R1166 where it should've been only R550
