Unsafe, unprofessional and inconsiderate driver

Your driver accepts ride. Then conducts his own business and lets me wait. Then charges me extra for having to wait for him. Last time i use this garbage app. No seat belts in car. Car full of dents and accident damage. I have pics. CAA 48036
