Unsafe driver

Please be aware of a Bolt driver who is taking videos of minor children!! My sister and her daughter booked a Bolt ride, and the driver picked them up. When they got close to their home, he took out his phone and started recording videos of her daughter in the car. When my sister asked why, he just laughed.
