Unsafe Bolt,Do not use Bolt

Tuesday evening Bolt picks me up from the airport at 11pm,naturally i was tired and have asleep, the driver of an Avanza decided to drive in the opposite direction to which i argued as to why, after some harsh words on my end and around safety,the driver eventually went back on course. Driver decided to leave me at early bird petrol station and stated that he will not take me any further,12pm. I then laid a grieviance with bolt to which they called back to ask if im safe.I told them the driver made a feeble attempt at shatever he was trying to do but failed,more so he left me stranded at a petrol station ,to which they rep**** that they cannot assist me further or even callout another vehicle,fortunately for me an Uber driver assisted. I look all over for the complaints line to lodge a complaint however Bolt doesnt have. Instead i keep receiving useless texts asking if im okay,not a phone call, a text. My main issue with Bolt is the lack of safety and the poor service on the back end,its clear they dont care about their clients, more worrying for me and the main reason i raise this, is, what if it had been a woman that cant defend herself,what then Bolt? Guys, esp ladies whatever you do,stay away from Bolt
