UNSAFE AND HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL

I wish I could give zero stars but the option is not there. The drivers are very unprofessional and rude. Support is useless and they don’t even take customer complaints seriously. I took a ride when I was coming from work. The driver kept making ***ual remarks and he was hyper. When I asked him to stop he started mocking me. He talked about how good I was smelling and he could eat me. I was terrified and I asked to be dropped off elsewhere before I reached my destination. I complained to support immediately, took them forever to respond. They didn’t even have the decency to refund my money considering their driver’s behavior is what made me incur the extra cost of requesting another ride. Never using this service ever again!!!
