Unroadworthy Bolt Vehicle

Bolt, one of your e-hailing drivers drove into me on the N1 north highway today. The driver or car does not have insurance and all the vehicles tyres are smooth, that means the vehicle is not roadworthy. The Bolt driver had a client in the car as well. Do you actually do any vetting when it comes to the condition of the vehicles, obviously not, do you confirm if the driver has insurance cover, obviously not. BOLT, you are putting our South African citizens lives at risk. The driver is also not a South African citizen.
