Unreturned Item

I recently went on a ride and my phone slipped out of my pocket. When i contacted the driver about the phone ,he said he had it , after going back and forth with him ,he refused to drop the phone off. the driver even after agreeing to his request of paying him for dropping the phone off refuses to return it. I contacted Bolt's customer support and since then have not gotten back to me.
