Unreliable transport service

Bolt services are never available when I need a ride. Whenever I make a request from my location (Ocean View) regardless of the time there are never drivers available. When there are drivers and they accept my request they cancel a few minutes later. I have done this many times and have always received the same feedback. I will not recommend this service to anyone as they are unprofessional and unreliable. The Bolt drivers really need to go for vetting as their customer service skills are poor. They say they will be there in a few minutes and on their way just to cancel shortly after. As a result I have been late for work and countless meetings. And also had to make use of a different transportation service.
