Unreliable Services

I am absolutely shocked with the service I've been receiving from Bolt. Unreliable drivers cancelling after I've been waiting for them & that's too far then I cancel to request again then I get blocked & unable to get where I need to be which puts my life in danger, on my birthday I get a driver thats got anger issues and swearing at people on the road with a arrogant behaviour towards me and now money taken out of my account from a trip that never happened but I must wait up to 2 weeks for my refund. This is unacceptable!
