Unreliable bolt drivers

I requested a ride from Nhlanhla who was standing the whole time at chicken licken and I need to get to work and Mohammed CY249277 also driving away the whole time. I messaged them that I need to get to work which is not far but they don't respond and remain standing at the same place. Really bad service, seriously!!
