Unreliability of Bolt

My Experience with Bolt these days is nothing short of horrible. Try requesting a ride after 22h00, there are no cars available. They are offline. Why offer such a service if it stops working at 22h00 at night yet it's supposed to be 24/7. It's a concern because we go out with the dependency on BOLT, but now it seems like we have to have back plans or drive ourselves these days. I am not a happy customer at this stage.
