Unrealable drivers

I requested for bolt from 36 Khumalo Street to 10153 Maboa street and accidentally gave driver 120 instead of 30 as my trip was R25. I tried to contact him, but he acted as if he can't hear me when I tried to call him 5 minutes later after my trip. My number is *** and his name is Sibusiso Sibeko. I want my money or else I will report him, and he will never drive again. I want my money back. It was a cash trip as they did not accept any card trips
