Unreachable driver and lost food.

The driver was unreachable, he marked the order as delivered but I never received it. Support apologized as they were also not able to reach the driver but then tried to shift blame away from bolt as a whole and onto the driver as an individual. This is not the first time I have had issues with bolt and they have no interest in making their service better. This would have not happened with Uber Eats, and they would have made some attempt at compensation considering its a food app and people are ordering lunch.
